I have few suggestion as how we should maintain our code.

1. Instead of only writing a commit message we should add comments in code along with commit message.
2. Our code has many static fields, many conditional statements so before we go to next part we should have different methods instead of many conditional statements together or soon we wont be able to manage our own code. (I am talking about simulatPropagation method - lets break it in small parts)
3. While considering Collision - We need following parameters/functionality
   a-> Rate at which transmitter can transmit molecules (time is simulation time/ equivalent to loop numbers - not actual time)
   b-> There could be molecules which are (for now) stationary in space.
