Sorry you ran into problems here 😟. Unfortunately this might be a Windows path length problem. Could you run tns build android --log trace and toss the output in here so we can debug this?

I haven't seen this. I just cloned the repo and ran it successfully.

Just went through your gist @tjvantoll -

Could not find com.android.support:appcompat-v7:23.1.0. 

looks like the problem but I can't recreate it.

The latest Support lib should be 23.1.1 - released November 2015. Try updating that and see if it fixes the issue. If that's not it then I'm kind of stumped 😕
