That's odd. When I paste this sample in the jsfiddle:

/*/ Test: all elements with autoprefixable /*/
* { box-sizing: border-box; }
/*/ Test: div with autoprefixable  /*/
div { border-radius: 2px; }
/*/ Test without autoprefixable/*/
a { list-style: none; box-sizing: border-box; }
/*/ Test /*/

it outputs correctly.

But when pasted in a local css file and parsed through Autoprefixer I get this:

/*/ Test: all elements with autoprefixable /*/
* {
  -webkit-box-sizing: border-box;
  -moz-box-sizing: border-box;
  box-sizing: border-box;
}
/*/ Test: div with autoprefixable   Test without autoprefixable Test /*/

Looks like only the * (all elements) survives, the others are removed. Also, I've tested, everything that I place right beneath the * survives as well (before the comment tag).

@VinceCgto I see you're using an old version of the plugin (newer versions preserve indentation), and I can't reproduce the issue with the last Autoprefixer either. Please update to v0.7.5.

Jep! That appeared to be the problem. For some reason I still had an old version.
