@prestontim Unfortunately, I don't have enough information to track this down. Could you please attach a sanitized build.gradle that fails? I attempted to recreate the scenario manually with this test, but to no avail.

@jkschneider - Sorry for the delay, but I finally got back around to re-creating this. I found a project that I was having this issue on and tried to remove everything that was specific to my company. Let me know if this successfully recreates the problem for you.

@prestontim We're running into this issue as well with our project. Is there a simple fix we can do to get around it until a pull request fixes this?
