From what I can tell this would require multiple clients to be definable, which this bundle does currently not support. If you want to work on a patch for that, I don't see any problem with supporting it. Ideally while retaining BC. DoctrineBundle also allows defining either one connection or many, it would work the same way.

Just submitted PR #7 which fixes Solr core definition (it was using the core name as the core path).

Yes, multiple cores can be defined now, so I believe this issue can be closed.
