Please include model.json

[falcor-build]

Confused. The model.json comes from the Falcor-router-demo which is pulled
in as a dependency. When you load the example it should work fine.

Disregard. I did not realize you had to uncomment out the code to see anything in the console. But could I make a suggestion - to display model results on the page? So that when you visit http://localhost:9090/ you are not staring at a blank page, thinking something is wrong. I could submit a PR for it.

Hi, sorry I seem to be having this same problem of just seeing a blank screen when I go to http://localhost:9090 @sahat what did you have to uncomment??
