Hey Dan,

initial_token is not populated by priam. Instead, NFThinCassandraDaemon will set the system property 'cassandra.initial_token'. In fact, I think that's the section of the Setup wiki you might have missed, the 'NFThinCassandraDaemon and NFSeedProvider' part. (remember to copy the priam.jar file into the cassandra/lib directory, as well.) Give that a read and let us know how it goes.
