这是配置问题，遇到这种问题可以用 google 搜索一下。我搜索到的解决方法是
选中红色错误地方，点击减号。不知道对你有没有帮助。
如果还没有解决，也可能是我在 gradle.properties 中添加了代理，下面这行:
systemProp.http.proxyHost=127.0.0.1
systemProp.http.proxyPort=1080
systemProp.https.proxyHost=127.0.0.1
systemProp.https.proxyPort=1080
可能删除一下就好了

记得把代理去掉，不然依赖包的下载代理地址都会指向这个地址

删除了代理终于下载下来了
