Since it does not support instance profiles,
It is necessary to explicitly set the access key and secret access key in aws configure.

@qryuu Thanks for reporting this issue. We have just released a new version of the CLI which is boto3 based and does support instance profiles. If you continue to have issues please let us know by creating an issue here. Hope you'll give our new CLI a try and provide any feedback you may have.
