This repository holds some of the Node.js agent's MySQL instrumentation that can be optionally installed.

Looking through this issue, it appears you are having one or more issues with install but none of these are related to the Node.js agent.

I'd recommend engaging with our support team over at https://support.newrelic.com/ for these sorts of issues. They can help collect the information required for troubleshooting, some of which may be sensitive such as logs, and reach out to the appropriate engineering teams as needed to resolve.

Since this issue is not specific to the Node.js agent or the instrumentation in this repository, I'm going to close it out.

Hi @Murugapk,

I would expect a new free-tier user to likely get redirected to the discussion boards, which I think would be the appropriate path for now. That being said, they did redesign some things recently.

I'll ping the support team to see if they can help get you redirected appropriately.

I won't be able to help you troubleshoot infrastructure issues. My domain is the Node.js agent.
