the stable got an update but, but still has ENV NEXTCLOUD_VERSION=28.0.4
from docker.

yes, it get updated all images except the arm64/v8, when you look for the hash was still the same.
You can also see that by the amount of big security isues it contains, as the new only contains one cve, but the arm64/v8 contains 3
from docker.
