My bad, it seems to have been disallowed during an upgrade. Re-setting it fixed the issue.

Have you added the app that opens the file to the whitelist? For example if it is a collabora document. Richdocuments has to be enabled in the geust settings for the guest users.

Error is still there with NC 27.1.5, for a .docx document opened with OnlyOffice
