That's what I would have thought too. I've tested both my local DNS as well as Google and see the same thing. I'll continue to play.

This sounds to me like a local DNS issue.

Hi, I've the same issue. When I set my internet parameters, the script say that there is an error on line 503. The script is blocked to this section and don't go on.

The check is in place to see if internet is reachable from the server. It might be temporary if Github is down, and in that case - just try again.
If it continues to fail, then check your network settings. For example ping google.com from the server console. If that doesn't work, then you know it's an error with your settings.
The check works as intended, and we will not change it. --> closing
