Based on the code, you can lower "accept_threshold = 0.9" in /homogenus/tf/homogenus_infer.py to a very low number (such as 0) to suppress predicting "neutral" as the gender. However note that this is probably not something the authors of the code intended and you may end up with a large number of misclassifications

from homogenus.
