{nhsrtheme} needs more detail on installation for all presentations

{remotes} is a lightweight (no deps) copy of the install_ functions from devtools so is a better recommendation, particularly when you don't expect your audience to have devtools installed.

😄 We removed {nhsrtheme} from the slides as it was redundant and I can close this now. Thanks for adding to the issue though. I think I generally refer to remotes:: now in READMEs, this is slightly different though because of the submodules. @tomjemmett has been looking into reducing the overall size of the clone when we do that as we have some very hefty image files in the commit history that need removing.
