I'm not sure I fully understand the question.

If you want to show iRate after a specific number of custom-defined events then you can do that by calling the logEvent method, but iRate doesn't let you specify multiple types of event.

If you need to do that you can do it by keeping track of the events yourself and then returning YES or NO in the iRate shouldPromptForRating delegate method if your custom event threshold has been reached, or by just bypassing iRate's logic entirely and calling promptForRating when you determine that you need to.
