That's weird. Is it happening on the device or only the simulator?
I don't really have any control over the display of the StoreKit modal, so if it's not working correctly there's not much you can do except disable the StoreKit feature.

Just tested it on my 3gs/iphone 4 and it works ok

Sorry, false alarm. It seems it's just in the simulator.
It works fine on device.

FWIW, this still appears to be a problem on iPad (iOS 6.1.x on the device not just the simulator), but as noted, I guess it's an Apple problem and the work-around is to send the user to the App Store instead.
