The location or path setting of /tests

We need discussion where is good location.
Perhaps, rtamt/rtamt/tests

Perhaps, we can use,

$ sudo pip install -e .

Another way is, add following code at the top of test cases.

import sys
sys.path.append(str(Path(__file__).parent.parent.parent))
sys.path.append(str(Path(__file__).parent.parent.parent / "rtamt"))

@nickovic So far it works well.
Even above codes are added, when rtamt is installed, the test will call installed rtamt. if no, it will call repo. side.
We can skip,

$ sudo pip install -e .

The issue is developer side issue (not user),
Any IDE can have the setting which allows see local codes.
