Great that you agree, just a heads up, I started porting the docs from README into JSDoc comments so it's possible to generate the docs automatically from code and published via github pages:

It would be good to either:
- Finish the docs port and then modularise
- Hold on with the docs, modularise first and then port the docs
- I could split it into multiple files while documenting, then after that we could proceed with transpiling it into different dist bundles.

I'd prefer to finish the docs, it's also a good way for me to get to know the library better, then we can proceed with a build system producing the bundles we want. Does that sound good?
