compgeo's Introduction

compgeo

An Elm library for computational geometry

I'm writing this library as a practical complement to my computational geometry algorithms lecture, so it should be finished by Jan 2020.

Supported operations

Fully implemented:

  • convex hull

Work in progress:

  • line segment intersections
  • triangulation

Planned:

  • kd-tree range search
  • polygon-based geolocation
  • Voronoi diagrams
  • Delaunay triangulation

compgeo's Issues

Possibly redundant work

Hi, this looks like a cool package but I noticed that some of the features already exist in the elm-geometry package. I guess this might not be an issue since in the readme you mention that this will be part of a lecture but otherwise I figured I'd let you know so you don't need to do extra work.
