Fundus vertices sometimes have more than two neighbors that are also fundus line vertices

I added the following lines to extract_fundi() to remove fundus vertices that cover triangles:

        #-----------------------------------------------------------------
        Iremove = find_complete_faces(skeletons, faces)
        if Iremove:
            skeletons = list(frozenset(skeletons).difference(Iremove))

give it another try!
