--password is not a legitimate parameter.
And I assume you try to attack rdp using port 3389.
So you could use:
ncrack --user Administrator -P <(echo 'P@ssw0rd') -iL /home/file.txt -f -p 3389
file.txt should then contain your ips like
192.168.0.1
192.168.10.1
192.168.1.50
192.168.3.66
from ncrack.
