What if the top class is not abstract should I add the annotation : @JsonTypeInfo( use = JsonTypeInfo.Id.CLASS, include = JsonTypeInfo.As.PROPERTY )

Or I should use another one, because on my use case the parent class is not abstract and can be used to.

You can also add it to a non-abstract class.
For serialization, you don't even need the annotation. It will be able to serialize all the properties of the child class.
The type info is needed for deserialization when the processor need to know the type to instantiate.
