Publish feature for Tiny Tiny RSS Extension

Special feature for each service is very difficult to implement.

It's not really a special feature, as it was part of Google Reader (called Share), before they took the social features out. Digg Reader (which will soon have an API) also has it, calling it "Digg." The Old Reader has it as well.

Any reader that includes built-in social features will have this feature.
