Unfortunately, I got a lot of force closes just trying to open the app after installing over the previous version.

I uninstalled both news+ and the plugin then reinstalled without clearing data, but now get force close any time I try to stream or download any podcast.

Thanks, the newest version seems to work much better for me.

I don't think I'll continue using this for podcasts, though, since I like the interface even better for my RSS articles and because I keep my RSS articles in a separate tt-rss account from my podcasts.

I prefer different settings for each (mark read when scrolling through articles, but NOT for podcasts, for example), and cannot see any way to do that with this app, plus I can only configure one tt-rss account at once. I tried setting up my podcasts in inoreader instead (though this is not ideal as I understand inoreader has a 30-day limit on items), but still would prefer the separate settings per account in News+, so I plan to use a different RSS reader (d7) for my podcasts through inoreader instead.

If I could set up two separate tt-rss accounts in News+ with different settings each (rich lists, mark read when scrolling), then this would become one of my most often used apps and well worth paying for. No other app plays podcasts through tt-rss well, and no other app has the combination of reading configurations that I like as well as gReader and News+, so at least one of the will remain on my phone.
