I can not find the option, it is probably enabled by default.
The "comments" button does not appear for all flows, it is located at the end of items.

Could u make a screenshot? For what feeds does it show up?

seems that the comments are not complete. I don't know whether the comments
are provided by the api.

I contact the developer of Bazqux, he confirmed that the next version of the API will integrate the ability to retrieve comments from Bazqux.
He is currently working on and should be released soon.
He told me that he will contact application's developers to propose them to support comments.
