1. CLI

For generating, running migrations. Include a sample migration file sample-migration.ts

tests for Runner

Requires a couple migrations first, which rely on mosts operations being implemented on Collection and db

2. Implement all operations on Collection

bulkWrite

No need to implement "non-desctructive" functions like:

countDocuments/count
find/findOne

Should we be able to configure what each of these return? 🤔

3. Wrap db (+ client?)

For now, we just wrap collection.
db and client get passed to migrations. db.collection() at least needs wrapping to return WrappedCollection
