ui: enlarge "All markets" at section

ui: replace -1 with ? when confirmations number is unknown

This ^ might look buggy to non-tech user, displaying as ? / 4 is probably desirable.

ui: canceled match lurking in background (order page)

This happens to all kinds of orders: canceled or even booked / revoked, I assume the issue comes from receiving pre-built page from server and hiding some elements (like canceled match card) afterwards if they aren't relevant.

While this seems like a minor thing I think a take along the lines "if an app feels buggy I won't let it handle my finances" is quite popular.

ui: consider displaying balance as ? when wallet falls out of sync

The idea is similar to #15 and is basically to display wallet balance as ? when we can tell that wallet fell out of sync (meaning, we prefer to show ? = unknown balance instead of stale value),

implementation notes:

• this could be especially useful during initial sync (when your balance stays at 0 until we get to the most recent blocks) and/or for users who aren't used to the details of blockchain-sync in provider-dominated world (typically provider is always synched and will display up-to-date user balance value immediately upon wallet startup)
• shouldn't switch to ? too often (only if sync is expected to take some time, maybe upon initial sync only) because that would likely look weird/jerky

client/core: OrderBook seq isn't relevant to epoch_orders note

ui: clarify what currency qty/price is in for order book

Binance does it like this:

On dex there is one caveat with Market buy order where qty is denoted in the opposite currency:

client/core: sanity check lower seq (monotonic updates)

ui: add opt-in setting to remember password

Consider a button on settings screen that will allow:

• dexc to remember password across restarts
• if that's not viable ^ then maybe have just an option that swaps default for remember password field in UI from "non-checked" to "checked"

this is useful during development/testing, and for cases when risks don't concern the user (if he runs dexc in "safe" environment, he doesn't need to enter all those passwords every time). It doesn't sacrifice "security-oriented by default" either.
