Odoo Installation via Container Docker/Latest image.
Formio Latest Version 16.0.6.1
Forms | Website Integration Latest Version 16.0.1.3

Client Error:
UncaughtClientError > TypeError

Does this occur when dropping the Forms block on a website page?

Yes will occur when try to drop the Block

@bobslee Thank you, i had a question to understand. You may running also V16 ?
There are some pre-requirement to get this running on other Version. i guess you may got it running.
On what direction this error will point ? Backend or JS Frontend ?
I am asking myself, can i am the only one who run into this bug ?

This is a JS frontend error, occurring since the Form app in Odoo V.16.
No you're not the only one running into this bug. But I don't have plans to fix this soon, without funding.

@cpuvampier The website form snippet is available and working in Odoo 17.
