@AntRemo sorry, I was wrong. The actual fix for the bug #59077 is to add the following code to your LinkerPleaseInclude file:

public static void IncludeThaiLocale(System.Globalization.ThaiBuddhistCalendar include)
{
    include = new System.Globalization.ThaiBuddhistCalendar();
}

The Xamarin's linker removes this class so you have to include it manually.

I can confirm this is a Xamarin bug

@AntRemo to be honest I don't quite remember. I know at first I have been setting the global Culture of the app to en-US, but my final solution was a custom MetroLog Layout with an explicit DateTime formatter, for instance "yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss", actually it could be anything but "o".
