Yes, currently you can't return an array from a numba routine --- but it should update in place just fine.

Just change the return arr to return None

[ 4 5 6 7 8 9 10]
[ 5 6 7 8 9 10 11]
[ 6 7 8 9 10 11 12]]
and then core dumps. Am I trying to do something that is unsupported?
