Can you clarify what you mean by rep? Is this a feature request?

Would go like this
me: !+1 numberten
bot: numberten now has 420 rep
me: !rep numberten
bot: numberten has 420 rep

Can also -1 people. Bot we used to use allowed for any int, but personally I like just 1's

The leading ! is ugly. This would look better with exception syntax like the substitution component.

Comments/Questions:

• You shouldn't be able to +1 any nick in your own nickcluster.
• Unsure as to whether or not +1 without any nick should increment the last person to speak (that wasn't you), or be ignored.
• Should there be a cool down on the length of time allowed between pluses given from 1 person to another?

I like being able to just have +1 to give reputation to the person who last spoke.

This is in addition to being able to rep a person, correct? It would suck not to be able to rep someone until the moment after they talk.

Another idea (feature creep) -- storing/retrieving rep'd messages randomly.
