I made sure that the group's id and the bot have permission to speak in the group, because the message has been successfully sent to the group using the bot api

Regardless of assigning a string or an integer to chat_id, chat cannot be found.

This issue is not related to Nutgram.
You probably entered the wrong chat_id or something else.
Please provide more information.
