There are a test theme and a test module at tests/target/custom/ or were you thinking about something else?

I was actually thinking to contribute the test theme as a stand alone UI Patterns enabled theme based on Bootstrap, so we can use that one as example, we will still be able to feature examples about preprocessing since themes can expose that, then we use that theme in our Behat tests downloading it from the remote repository, instead of having it hardcoded in the project, what do you think?

We have just released an example theme based on Bootstrap: https://github.com/nuvoleweb/bootstrap_patterns the theme will be also used to test the module itself. I'll refactor in the scope of this issue.
