I am going to split 2 into it's own issue. It seems that 2 is a bug and 1 is an enhancement.

There is a technical issue with keeping the original sign on the block. If Logicbot ever has to re-download the chunk, the sign update on the already existing object will cause Logicbot to send an error to chat ('error: object already exists at x y z.'). Instead of leaving the original sign, Logicbot should overwrite the sign with the same content, but without the backtick (e.g. 'logic not x y').

Seems OK to me. I would suggest stripping both the backtick and the "logic" and leave just not x y.

Should channel names be relative on the sign?

The channel names should be exactly as they were entered by the user. Otherwise – relative.

Added in commit be1ea2f. The sign is placed on every object by default, but the sign may be simply deleted by overwriting the sign with nothing.
