Base implementation PR is in draft currently, but we already made it work with the PoC, so - big step ahead: RobotecAI/o3de-ros2-gem#162
Next steps:
- Debug Vehicle Dynamics, submit it for review, pass the process.
- Apply Vehicle Dynamics components to Apple Kraken (this task).
- Include Vehicle Dynamics in URDF import (for the user interactive demo).
