We have not supported Windows 7 or 8 for quite some time, so unfortunately we will not be spending time to investigate this. We recommend that you upgrade your operating system to a supported version (i.e. 10 or 11). If you still experience the crash on either of those systems, please use the support channels for someone to take a closer look.
