I can corroborate, the same issue is present on my system under the same variables (Arch Linux, OBS 30.1.2). I am using Wayland.

I'm seeing a similar issue, running the flatpak 30.2.3 install. I'm running Manjaro with X11 - though still using pipewire.
Downgrading to 30.1.2 however fixed it. I haven't tried any other versions, that was just the first one I landed on.
