Hey @iamhaaamed thank you for reporting this issue. Probably i know what going here, look like we are missing passing the ref to the Input in the ControlledInput component.

Try to update ControlledInput add add ref from field

  const { field, fieldState } = useController({ control, name, rules });
  return (
    <Input
      ref={field.ref} // add this 
      autoCapitalize="none"
      onChangeText={field.onChange}
      value={field.value as string}
      {...inputProps}
      error={fieldState.error?.message}
    />
