crm_meeting_commercial_partner: obsolete, implemented in 14.0 crm addon

Tested on Odoo Runbot 14.0 with:

1. 2 default meetings for Azure Interior => COUNT 2
2. 1 extra meeting for Brandon together with Colleen COUNT 1
3. 1 extra meeting for Colleen without Brandon COUNT 1

Result = Meeting COUNT for Azure Interior = 4

Changed code here (with fast, plain SQL):
