Do you have more information? A straightforward checkout of the current master, installation of the required dependencies and

./openerp-server --addons-path=./addons

followed by creating a new database via the interface shows no issue locally.

I tried with Firefox and it worked, then again with Chromium (which failed in the first place) but in Incongnito mode (no cookies/cache) and it worked then again, I don't know how it was related to the browser but it failed 6 times in a row

I am facing the same problem with newly created database from Interface using Chrome. And with mozilla works fine. Is this fixed ? Where can I find the fix?

I noticed the same. Solved by cleaning Chrome's cache.

This keeps happening to me a lot, especially if I bounce between 7.X databases and trunk.Removing cache or using another browser always solves it but I wonder what's cached that has the problem persist...

This has happened for us as well. Create a db, test with that, drop the db, create again. Problem then manifests...

It hasn't happened anymore for a very long time and I've been developing quite heavily on the 8.0 branch.I think it has been fixed imo

Nope, just happened to me too. Clearing the cache fixed it.

I had the same issue just when I use ./odoo.py -c /etc/odoo-server.conf --workers=5 on the command line
