I'm not sure if I understand... The whole point of the Pomodoro technique is to set a timer, usually 25 minutes, and then focus and not pause in the middle of the session.

Maybe I have a better solution that you can consider:

1. If it is discouraging you I recommend doing 15 minutes sessions instead of 25, or change it to 3 Pomodoros in a set instead of 4.

2. Another solution can be using the "manual breaks" setting:

This way you can "Pause" whenever you want between work sessions without losing health.

3 .If you don't want to lose health by breaking a Pomodoro you can simply disable it in the settings :)

Maybe doing it as presets would be easier. So I could do a couple poms based on the amount of time I have. Presets are a good idea! but it would take some time to implement.
For now, you can use the quick settings (The cog icon at the top left).

Hi :) I got good feedback about the "quick settings", I hope it solves your problem. Unfortunately creating presets requires too many changes and I prefer not to implement it unless it is really necessary. Please let me know if the quick settings are good enough or if you have any other suggestions.
