Any powerline font should work. These are U+E0B0, U+E0A2, and U+E0A0, which are part of the common powerline glyphs, and their rough shapes are the same in all the powerline fonts. But at least, you need to specify a powerline font in the configuration of your terminal.
If you are asking for a recommendation for a specific powerline font, maybe you can ask @TheWatcherMultiversal who recently introduced this theme, powerline-icon
.

I see you already specified "Symbol Neu for Powerline" in the configuration in the second image, yet it's not rendered in the first image.
Just in case, may I ask where did you install the Powerline fonts? To use a powerline font, you need to install the font in the same system as the terminal. In your case, you seem to use the VS Code Terminal, so you need to install the powerline fonts in the Windows subsystem. Installing the powerline fonts in the remote Ubuntu on WSL wouldn't make them available from VS Code, because they reside in separate systems.

Thank you for your quick reply, @akinomyoga
Yes, I need the specific powerline font so that I can add this font into the configuration font family for VS CODE.
Dear @TheWatcherMultiversal, could you help me with this, please? Thank you so much.

Oh my bad, I thought the VS Code could load the new font after I saved the setting.json file, but it did not. Geek. When I close all VS Code windows, and reopen the VS Code windows, I can see these icons.
By the way, I use the DejaVu Sans Mono for Powerline
font.
Thank you so much for your support. I'm closing the issue.
