Allow configure path & table name for migrations

Hi @vtsykun this is a great package!

I am not really sure if you want the configuration to be "static" or custom per each bundle.

I did a simple implementation here with a config loader that you can use for anything else. Do you mind just having a look to see if that you are looking for?

migrations_path config parametr is ok but what is the pupose of migrations_tables ?

For example, I have seen in one of dependents that the name of the migration table was overridden https://github.com/coreshop/CoreShop/blob/2.0.0-alpha.2/src/CoreShop/Bundle/CoreBundle/EventListener/OkvpnEntityResolverListener.php#L22
As I understood, the prefix was changed for matches with own vendor namespace
