Add support for 64 bit architecture

The 386 deb package is for 32 bit architectures.  We don't offer a 64-bit deb 
file at
this time; if you want to install this project on a 64-bit machine, I'm afraid 
you
will have to download the tar file and build from source.

I am hoping to get the proper machines (and bandwidth) to make 64-bit packages 
at
some point, but I won't ever have all the packages everyone might want to use.  
I've
marked this bug as WontFix, though more accurate would be "no particular 
timeline for
fixing."

Would you host a 64 bit deb if I build one? I can't provide any sort of build
automation for each version, but I'd be happy to build a copy when you make 
releasses.

Thanks for the offer!  Since we don't sign tarballs, I think it's safest (from 
an
autidability standpoint if nothing else) to keep all uploads happening from a 
single
place for now.  I'll do more digging to see if I can find a good 64-bit machine 
to
build a .deb file from.  In the meantime, you're definitely welcome to build a 
64-bit
.deb file and upload it here!  You can create a new issue, and put in each new
version as an attachment to that issue.  I'd be happy to point to that issue 
from the
home page, so it would be kind of a quasi-official host.  But the fact it's in a
different place, and we can make the issue text serve as some documentation, 
makes it
more ok.

(In fact, I guess you could attach them to this very issue here!)
