Have been having this too. Tried reporting an error (under my subdomain since I thought it was just me), which normally works, but not in this case for some reason.
Another reason to add this domain to the PSL
Also I've had issues with some of my .ml subdomains getting flagged but that was just the subdomain and not the entire domain (which I owned), and was quickly fixed by Google.
