It should work out of the box since this Nginx configuration is used in production w/o any issues with Mollom. Please provide some details - what OS and Drupal distro are you trying now etc. and we will see why it fails for you.

I am using Ubuntu 10.04 on Linode and installer version "A9.F". Drupal version is Pressflow 6.
It is clean Drupal instllation with just Mollom module enabled and captcha always fail.
If you want to look I can give you access to the server.

Have you enabled Pressflow special module "Cookie cache bypass"? Also, try if vanilla Drupal makes any difference. In the past there were known issues with Pressflow and Mollom, but afaik it was resolved and should work.

Thanks "Cookie cache bypass" was not enabled. I just realised, that I cannot successfully fill Mollom on any website (including mollom.com), so seems like problem is not in my webserver configuration.
