Aegir installed by Octupus shows: "No input file specified."

I also got this issue, twice in a row.

Installing on a Linode hosted 10.04, and after barracuda completed I logged in to the aegir instance to check it was OK.

Then ran Octopus and I got the same "No input file specified." message. I started again and got the same issue the second time around as well - Barracuda completes OK and aegir instance work, but after Octopus something's gone wrong. So I restarted nginx:

Restarting nginx: [warn]: conflicting server name "aegir.example.com" on xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:80, ignored
the configuration file /etc/nginx/nginx.conf syntax is ok
configuration file /etc/nginx/nginx.conf test is successful

nginx.

I looked in
/etc/nginx/sites-enabled

and it is empty. nginx is unfamiliar to me but if there is something I should be looking at I would be more than happy to poke around.

Please try now with clean install, Octopus was broken at the moment probably. There are many tests and modifications performed today.

That is a pretty quick comeback! :)

So on a fresh system I ran Baraccuda and Octupus again and this time the aegir interface survived. Yay!

Strangely, though, while I found the distros in /data/all/001 none of them had been added to the hosting/platforms aegir page. There is only the original hostmaster platform.

The following errors occurred during Octopus.

This is probably due to our today crash-tests day, we are trying to find more weak points on different upgrades from pre-Barracuda installs and this could make Octopus broken for a moment, sorry! It should be back to stable alpha in about 1 hour.
