Which version of WebLogic 12c do you use exactly? We tested extensively with 12.1.2.

This is what the console tells me when I start WebLogic.

Indeed, that's the initial release of 12c, curiously with the version number 12.1.1.

12.1.1 had a lot of CDI problems, and I'm not sure if this version is recommended to be used with CDI.

Can you try again with the current version, which is 12.1.3 or alternatively with 12.1.2?

I just downloaded 12.1.3 and tried what happens. There is no problem (with omnifaces) when starting up the application anymore.

Of course, my problem is, that all production setups are running 12.1.1 and upgrading them is not something to take lightly. Most likely, it'll take another 3-6 months before we can do the upgrade.

Sorry, not an OmniFaces problem, but a CDI problem.

Eventually we may release along with OmniFaces 2.0 a new OmniFaces 1.x version without CDI so that users of old environments can be kept happy.
