You can start the server by running the following:

 "/data/data/org.onaips.vnc/files/androidvncserver"

Command line options (from fbvncserver.c):

                    "-p password: Password to access server\n"
                    "-r rotation: Screen rotation (degrees) (0,90,180,270)\n"
        "-s screen scale: percentage (20,30,50,100,150)\n"
                    "-h : print this help\n"
            "-f <device> select framebuffer device\n;");

You can also set the port by using: -P <port number>

The apk from the Play Store does not seem to have the androidvncserver binary included. . . I suppose I must attempt to rebuild
